| License Agreement Process: Mail |
1. Print off the Housing License Agreement (license packet above) or call 801-626-7275 to request a License Agreement be mailed 2. When you have completed the License Agreement, mail the License Agreement and $175 ($150 for the deposit and a $25 for the License Agreement fee in US Currency; Please do not send cash) to: Office of Housing and Residence Life 3. As soon as the above material is received by Housing, you will be sent a Facility Use License Agreement. You will be notified of a deadline to submit your Agreement or Lease in order to reserve your room. 4. Approximately three weeks prior to the beginning of the semester, the resident will receive notification of the building that he/she has been assigned to. See the Schedule of Rates for prices and due dates of room and board payments. 5. Cancellation: See the Schedule of Rates for cancellation deadline dates. Failure to submit your cancellation in writing prior to the cancellation deadline date will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 6. Early Arrivals: Housing restricts early arrival. Only students who are involved in University activities are allowed to move in early. A resident must receive special permission to arrive early from the Office of Housing and Residence Life (801-626-7275) and pay a per day rate. |
