Living at a Campus Living Villages community means choosing a place to live that supports your academic and social needs while attending college.  University Village provides outlets for your personal growth by promoting a healthy and environmentally responsible lifestyle that takes center stage. 

Students are our CORE, and every day we strive to promote this lifestyle through the CORE model of citizenship:  “giving back to the world” (Community); “educating for life” (Opportunities); “exercising for strong body and mind” (Recreation); and “promoting a green lifestyle” (Environment). 

Campus Living Village communities and University Village incorporate elements of environmentally responsible living by using recycled materials when appropriate, by encouraging citizen participation in “recycling programs”; by offering green space in community design and using energy efficient light bulbs and appliances when appropriate.

Our apartments have full service kitchens complete with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and built-in dining/study area. A common-area living room is enjoyed by all residents of the apartment and is equipped with telephone/cable outlets.

Our other community features include a barbecue pavilion and clubhouse with big screen telelvision.
