Hello, I am Michael Burton, Resident Director for Illini Tower. Although you may have filled out a personal data card by mail, I ask that you fill in this personal data sheet. Illini Tower is "phasing out" the personal data card. It seems to be more efficient to handle all the personal data sheets by email. In this way, corrections and changes later in the year can be made quickly and easily. So, even if you filled out a card, it is necessary to fill out this sheet.

If you know and have requested a particular person to be your roommate, I will honor that request.

When I am matching you with someone else, I, essentially, look at your hobbies, musical interest, neatness, and special comments first. Then, I look at how you and others rate your social persona. So, be accurate in these assessments.

Please email the completed sheet as a Your First Last Name.doc attachment to itroomies@gmail.com. Additionally, in the Subject Line of the email put your first and last name. (It is imperative that you put your first and last name in the subject line of the email. This will make it easier to access your file if corrections need to be made.) If I do not receive it, I will email you in the future. Otherwise, assume that I have received it.

If you have corrections later, fill out a new sheet; so keep your old one. Email me, stating that the attachment is a new personal data sheet and should replace the old one.
