Welcome to Illini Tower Student Village, a privately owned Certified Housing Facility that has provided housing to University of Illinois students for over 40 years. Illini Tower’s blend of residence hall community life, apartment style floorplans and location just two blocks from the University of Illinois Quad make it the best student housing experience at the University of Illinois in Champaign.  Choose from a variety of floorplans, including 2 bedroom suite with semi-private bedrooms and shared living area.  If you are looking for more privacy, you can choose the one-person efficiency, or a 3 bedroom suite with private bedrooms and shared living area.

Although our apartments are equipped with kitchens for your convenience, Illini Tower’s dining service, The Piazza Fresca, offers the best food on campus! Our Dine Anytime meal plans are designed to fit the diverse needs of U of I students, and our chefs provide a variety of dining choices including hot entrees, cooked to order items on our grill line, and vegetarian fare each day. Soups, deli, salad bar, mouth-watering desserts, and several other appetizing choices are prepared fresh daily. A full range of hot and cold beverages are also available throughout the day.
