Living at a Campus Living Villages community means choosing a place to live that supports your academic and social needs while attending college.  University Place provides outlets for your personal growth by promoting a healthy and environmentally responsible lifestyle that takes center stage. 

Students are our CORE, and every day we strive to promote this lifestyle through the CORE model of citizenship:  “giving back to the world” (Community); “educating for life” (Opportunities); “exercising for strong body and mind” (Recreation); and “promoting a green lifestyle” (Environment). 

Campus Living Village communities and University Place incorporate elements of environmentally responsible living by using recycled materials when appropriate, by encouraging citizen participation in recycling programs, by offering green space in community design and using energy efficient light bulbs and appliances when appropriate.

Our apartments are equipped with kitchenettes. A common-area living room is enjoyed by all residents of the apartment and is equipped with telephone/cable outlets. Apartments are available with private bedrooms and bathrooms or shared accommodations.

Our other community features include a laundry/vending on each floor, barbecue pavilion, computer lab in the community center and meeting rooms.
