Kalo Terrace is one of the most recent student housing communities being offered to students attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa.. Kalo Terrace is an off campus independently operated student housing community. We also providing living accommodations for students attending the following institutions:

Kalo Terrace Student Suites is located at 1054 Kalo Place. We are approximately 3 miles to Hawai'i Pacific University, 1 miles to the University of Hawaii, 4.5 miles to Honolulu Community College, 3.5 miles to Argosy University, 2.5 miles to Kapiolani Community College and 1 mile to Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Kalo Terrace Student Suites house 8 residents (all male or all female). There are two residents per bedroom. Living with multiple roommates in an apartment may be a challenge to some students and we encourage you to explore our Roommate Connection area of this web site before deciding that our community is the best living option for you. When you choose to live with multiple roommates you are a person committed to open communication, negotiating resolutions, and embracing diversity.

Please explore the entire Kalo Terrace web site. As renovation progresses, when you arrive, you should not be surprised to find older, but functional kitchens and bathrooms. One of the advantages of living in a dorm is that is something needs repair, you simply need to contact us and our trained staff will take care of it.

At Kalo Terrace you'll have an individual lease so you're never responsible for your roommate's rent - you'll only ever owe your portion of the rent.
