Kalo Terrace is the primary home for students attending the University of Hawaii at Manoa. The property is directly adjacent to campus. Sleep late, throw on a t-shirt and still get to class on time!

When you arrive at Kalo Terrace Student Suites the inside of you room will be not be decorated. Your room will be clean, however, the interior and the furniture provide is basic. Use your imagination and decorate your room to suite your personality. Our pictures give you creative ideas of what you can do with your living area. As many homes on the island, Kalo Terrace is not air-conditioned.

The rent for your apartment/suite is all-inclusive. This includes: gas, water/sewer, electric, high-speed Internet, basic cable television in the common area only and central garbage collection. Phone service is available at an additional cost personally arranged through local providers. Most students use cell phones, therefore saving the additional cost of a land line phone.

Bedroom

Furniture styles vary in each suite and furniture pieces are not new and do not necessarily match within a suite or a bedroom. The bedrooms are furnished with two twin beds, two desks with chairs and two dressers. There is a large closet that will be shared by two residents.

Kitchen / Living Room / Bathroom

The common area is shared by eight residents and includes a living/dining area with a television, sofa, sofa chair and dining table and chairs. The furniture is not new. All apartments/suites have full service kitchens complete with gas stove, microwave, and two full-size refrigerators. There are two bathrooms in the Suite and each have a sink outside the shower/toilet area.
