Hana Student Suites is an independently operated off campus student housing community providing living accommodations for students attending the following institutions:

Hana Student Suites is located in downtown Waikiki at 2424 Koa Avenue (directly behind the Hyatt Hotel). We are one block from the beach. We are approximately 4 miles to Hawai'i Pacific University, 3 miles to the University of Hawaii, 5 miles to Honolulu Community College, 3.4 miles to Argosy University, 1.5 miles to Kapiolani Community College and 2.5 miles to Chaminade University of Honolulu.

Located in the heart of Waikiki, the Hana provides living accommodations with easy access to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, sundry shops, banks, night-life and other services. Public transportation to all colleges and universities is convenient.

Hana Student Suites offer a variety of floor plans: private rooms, double rooms and triple room accommodations (all male or all female). Short term leases are available, but priority is given to students choosing Full Year lease terms.

Our community is similar to a dormitory on campus. Resident Assistants provide social activities for you and your roommates to meet other residents in the comunity.

At Hana you'll have an individual lease so you're never responsible for your roommate's rent - you'll only ever owe your portion of the rent.
